Our Story

We built this through the hardest time in our lives.

We built Eminent Estates through some of the most difficult seasons of our lives. Not in spite of the hardships. Through them. We've helped families facing foreclosure, divorce, inherited property nightmares, and situations most investors won't touch. We've turned devastating challenges into unbelievable wins through faith, perseverance, and pure determination to exceed expectations.

Today we acquire and operate assisted living facilities, master lease portfolios, and creative finance deals across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Our master leases place businesses, charities, and nonprofits into our properties for a cause. More secure, longer terms, less operationally taxing. Every property we touch becomes affordable housing through rent-by-the-room and rent-by-the-bed models.

Co-Founder

Investing in real estate since 2006. 30+ years in corporate before walking away to build something of her own. Stacey raises private capital, builds the relationships that fund our deals, and leads our private money lending partnerships. When she believes in you, doors open.

Ja'el Thomas

Co-Founder

Lifelong entrepreneur. Ja'el underwrites every deal, structures every partnership, and built the systems that run the portfolio. Strategy, creative deal architecture, and the discipline to walk away from anything that doesn't protect our partners.

Tia Butler

Accounting background turned operator. Tia built Innovative Ascensions Property Management from the ground up. Co-living, rent-by-the-bed, and assisted living operations in Maryland. She sees every number and every detail most people miss.
